Andrea runs The Athena Project, a system of coaching for executive directors and development directors to support them in their quest to build strong institutions. Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, war, the arts, industry, and justice provides an ancient model for the complex skills required by today’s non-profit executives.

Through an affordable package of regularly scheduled telephone coaching and follow-up, Andrea not only helps organizations fine-tune their development programs, but she also helps executive directors and development directors find and use the best in themselves. This work combines down to earth development advice with individual encouragement, support and reflection.
